Zi Beauty is an Organic Skincare and Wellness brand with sustainability at heart. All of the products are handmade with a lot of love and care in the UK.

Zi Beauty's ethos is to love yourself and the environment around you. This is why everything is eco-friendly, meaning the ingredients are plant-based, vegan and cruelty-free. So when you buy from Zi Beauty, you are not only being kind to yourself but the planet too.

Safety

For health and safety reasons, please consult your dermatologist should you have any concerns using our products. Additionally, do a patch test on a small area of your skin before use and wait up to 48 hours to ensure they are suitable for your skin. Zi beauty will not be held liable should you not take precautions when using our products. In the unlikely event an irritation occurs with misuse, please discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice. These are general precautions that should be taken when changing your skincare routine.

Orders

By placing an order via our platforms, you agree you are the card holder and are authorised to make payment to us from the bank account given. All payments will be accepted via Paypal and we will not be held liable for any security breaches during or between the transactions. Additionally, you will provide us with the correct postal address in order for us to send out the products to you accordingly. As soon as you place the order and the payment has been verified with your bank and has been paid into our account, then we will process your order.

Shipping

Our main delivery service is within the UK. However, we will trial international shipping in 2021. Please note, this will be on a trial basis to find a suitable delivery partner. All of our parcels will be packed with great care and shipped via Royal Mail. A tracking number will be provided to you once the item has been accepted by Royal Mail and a receipt has been given to us. Refunds/Returns/Exchange/Price

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept any returns. Additionally, we will not offer a refund should an item be used. We will only offer an exchange if we have accidently sent you the wrong item.

From time to time, prices will change at the discretion of the business. This will depend on the season, availability of stock and the UK/global market. We will aim to keep prices as affordable as possible but some increases will unfortunately be out of our control. There will be many occasions where discounts will be offered, this will be announced on our Instagram and on the website. We suggest everyone followers our social media to be in the know.
